Since November 2023, we have been selling annual passes online via booqi. The system transition has streamlined our internal processes, and our guests save time at the entrance ticket desk. In addition, guests can conveniently present their ticket on their smartphone, making it almost impossible to forget their tickets. Since the changeover, we have had hardly any guest complaints, which speaks to the high level of usability and intuitive user experience. The customer support from booqi.me deserves special mention.
